Zontek Ltd supported an industrial client in Iceland with the supply of processing-related equipment for steel reinforcement applications.
Our role included product selection, technical coordination and cross-border delivery to meet project requirements.
Wire Payoffs

Wire Internal Straightening Unit
- One set internal vertical straightening unit.
- With mechanical memory for different diameter adjustment to minimum adjusting time.
- Each roller can be adjusted separately.
Wire Feeding & Measuring Unit
- Two motorized rollers driven by servo-motor.
- Pneumatic pressure system ensures all wire are pulled by feeding unit without damaging their outer surface.
- Anti-skid design to guarantee ±1mm length tolerance.
Electric Cabinet & Control
- CNC PLC Control.
- Programming and stirrups or shape with up to 30 bends from the control keyboard.
- Multitask production function to produce different shapes without machine stop.
- Adjusting the bending angle without interrupting the working cycle.
